We have been operating our business for over 14 years and pride ourselves in the friendly Kiwi hospitality we extend to our guests during their stay. We are only a short walk to the town centre, making it the perfect location for the corporate or leisure traveller & the perfect New Zealand snow ski holiday motel.
We offer 10 studio & two-bedroom apartments tastefully decorated & well equipped with kitchens & bathrooms. Each has an outdoor setting looking onto a manicured lawn tennis court surrounded in established trees & gardens, outdoor spa & bbq area.
Mount Hutt Motels set back off the main road, providing you with a quiet and peaceful stay.

7 studio & 3 x two-bedroom apartments, tastefully decorated & well equipped with kitchens & bathrooms. There are Direct dial telephones,TV & DVD players, hairdryers, clock radios & electric heating in each unit plus all beds have electric blankets.

Activities
Mt Hutt Ski Area contains no accommodation on the mountain. All the main accommodation providers are in Methven/Mt Hutt Village. Located at the foot of the Southern Alps 2086m above sea level, Canterbury’s Mt Hutt is devoted to its laidback and genuine Kiwi atmosphere. Its breathtaking views on a clear day stretch across the Canterbury Plains all the way from the Pacific Ocean to Aoraki Mt Cook.
Location
Mount Hutt Motels is conveniently located on the Main Street, being the main road into Methven & to access the Mt Hutt Ski Area.
This is an ideal location for guests to be collected from the gate in the ski season by bus & tour operators.
